My husband and I have been living in our rental house for about 3 years now. We were looking forward to purchasing a home, but since the market is going back up we're putting that process on the back burner and focusing on making our house, a true home.

With me on extended medical leave from work, money has been pretty tight. However, that's not stopping me from making sure that we turn our dull, 700 sq ft, 1913 rental house into somewhere that really feels like HOME.
